I had the pleasure of having Toeaina Events and Designs bring my dreams to reality December 2020 for my wedding. Truly a day I will never forget and I owe it all to this amazing business. Everyone kept asking me how I wasn’t stressed out about anything and I couldn’t help but rave about the service provided. They handled everything for me and took care of it in such a graceful and efficient manner. Even if you’re like me, and don’t necessarily know what you want, they bring their years of experience and can help design your event to match YOU. Truly speechless and words can’t even describe just how much they are appreciated. By the way, their personalities alone will make you just love them and ENJOY doing business with you. So personable yet professional. I could definitely appreciate that when looking for services. Thank you again TEAD! ❤️

THEY ARE SCAMMERS! They runed my wedding day! PLEASE READ MY ENTIRE REVIEW. Please do not solicit business from these people! I paid for various services that they failed to deliver on my wedding day. I paid for sweetheart table which they left completely bare! My day of coordinator had to use the sad excuse of the bridesmaids’ bouquets to decorate our table. I paid $50 per bridesmaids bouquet that was made of 4 roses taped together! I could buy a dozen roses for cheaper! I asked for samples and they said they don’t do them and not to worry because they will give me exactly what I wanted. First sign they’re scammers! The only thing that I paid for that they actually delivered were cheap looking and tacky (my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, and centerpieces). It literally looked like cheap prom decor. They charged me an additional $250 to decorate my cake with a cascade of roses. I thought that was a steep price and they said it’s because it takes additional flowers and is more intricate work. And guess what? They left my cake completely bare after I paid the $250! My day of coordinator had to step in again. They left no additional flowers that I PAID FOR the cascade. So my coordinator went to my venue and was able to get enough roses to decorate my cake. She made the floral cascade in under 10 minutes with the flowers she found. She’s not even a florist! They charged me for 6 hours for a day of assistant who was only there for 2 hours! They said they were going to do a memorial table for my father who passed away and they left his table bare! How low do you have to be to do this? So incredibly disrespectful, tasteless, and enraging! I will be seeking legal action for the services I paid for that were unrendered and for all the emotional damages they caused me on my wedding day! Thank God for my coordinator who did their work for them! THEY RUINED MY WEDDING DAY

Isn’t it crazy that it is always the same people that are so difficult to work with that has all the time in the world to write such a detailed review. The ones that make multiple changes up until the day of the wedding. The ones that are penny pinching every dime but expect the world and all the glitz and glamor. I should’ve known by all the red flags not to take on your job! You were the only client I did not add anything (above and beyond what you paid for) to enhance your day as I usually do for all my clients. You literally only got what you paid for.
For transparency purposes I will add my response below to your very vulgar and unprofessional email I received. Shocking you had a lot to write but weren’t able to answer my calls.
I hope you can find peace and move forward. But I’m so sorry WE ARE GREAT AT WHAT WE DO! Your review says more about your character than it does ours! Scammers we are FAR FROM!

I tried calling you today. I am very saddened that you were not happy with basically everything it seems. Your choice of words are very serious and very accusatory as we take pride in our work. I’ve never received such an email from anyone especially to call us scammers.
I let Christa know about the floral for the cake. I really wanted to do it for you but the cake never arrived. I was told it would be there by 2pm or 3pm. I stayed until almost 5pm. But the flowers she used were not from the venue, I left it there for that specific reason.
As for the Day of Assistant- that’s not an assistant for you, that is an assistant for me that I pay out to help with loading, unloading, set up and breakdown but not limited to.
The corsage was in the same box as all the bouquets.
The ceremony area- you only paid for two large altar arrangements in which those were going to be repurposed for the sweetheart table area.
The bridesmaid bouquet you ordered were a small. I don’t think anything was wrong with it. You are saying you could’ve done it yourself for cheaper, than you should’ve. You are paying for someone to do it for you. I use clear floral tape for the stems because I leave it in water and I want to avoid the ribbon from getting wet.

Alexa and her team were life savers for our destination wedding in Northern California! She was incredibly responsive, took great care, and truly made me feel at ease the entire way through the process. She listened to every detail and brought it all to life! She understood my vision of boho-garden-chic from our first meeting on, each and every detail (even the very last minute ‘ooops I forgot to ask for …’ details) was executed brilliantly. Alexa worked with me to design within my budget and created such a magical, lush, and elegant design. I’m so grateful I met her and her team! I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Toeaina Events and Design did an INCREDIBLE job at my wedding. From the very beginning Alexa had everything organized and planned when we met, she understood my concept of how I wanted flowers and was very accommodating with a lady minute request.
