We have had Tiffany care for our cat, Abby, several times when we were vacationing. She is enthusiastic about her work, even sending us photos of our girl while we were away. The house was well cared for, also. She has a professional demeanor, but also comes across as a warm, sincere person. She will be taking care of Abby for us again this summer.

Tiffany provides fantastic services for our pets! She cares for our special needs dog with routine walks, playtime and taking care of his allergy needs. We also have two Guinea Pigs which Tiffany has cared for while we have been away. We were impressed by her ability to meet our pets needs, especially given that we have special needs and rare animals. She has excellent customer service, she responds within a reasonable timeframe when contacted. She is our go-to person for our pet care needs!

Tiffany has been our cat sitter for 2 years and we are extremely happy with her service. Shes prompt and reliable and is available on short notice. We trust her enough that we gave her a key to our house so shes prepared for these occasional last minute trips. She spent the time to brush a cat that couldnt seem to get enough brushing. We also look forward to her texts with pictures when were away. When I first met with her I thought Walnut Creek was a long way for her to go to feed a cat but she is very flexible and friendly. Her background in veterinary care also makes us very comfortable and she even feeds our fish and brings in the mail.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to remain conscious that the care I provide is factoring into any family's time away expenses, but also maintaining the highest quality care I can offer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to schedule a "meet-and-greet" to get acquainted with not only the animals I will care for, but also their parents. This allows the animals a chance to let me "introduce" myself to them, as well as get an understanding of their care expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I maintain my technician license by completing education hours through seminars, classes or company - based informational courses.
