- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to remain conscious that the care I provide is factoring into any family's time away expenses, but also maintaining the highest quality care I can offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to schedule a "meet-and-greet" to get acquainted with not only the animals I will care for, but also their parents. This allows the animals a chance to let me "introduce" myself to them, as well as get an understanding of their care expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I maintain my technician license by completing education hours through seminars, classes or company - based informational courses.
