I have worked at my family’s plumbing and home renovation company since I was 14, I am now 53 years old, have been redoing homes for too long! My experience contacts and employees etc . But I get more referrals for customer service answering the phone, being on time, pricing the job correctly and always keeping a clean job site which is a happy job site!
