What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I sell packages of 6 and 12 sessions and the session rate is discounted as you buy more sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation to see what I can help with and then we work together to decide if we are a good fit. There is never any pressure to work with me - no heavy sales pitch. If you decide you want to move forward, we book our first call and I send you a payment link and contract to sign electronically.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Life Coach from The Life Coach School, a certified Caregiving Consultant, Educator and Small Group Facilitator from Caregiving Years Academy.
I current contract with my coaching school and have worked with thousands of students over the last 3 years. I can coach on anything but my heart is with caregivers and those people who want to become brave in their lives.
