FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All programs are customized. A comparison with personal training or physical therapy is difficult as, if one is paying for an outcome rather than 'sessions', we are much less expensive with respect to the fact we provide that outcome. Our intro course is between $450 and $600 (3-5 Appointments). 90 min intro appointments for $97 may be purchased upon request. These include consultation, movement assessment and myopractic (manual) therapy. ln terms of actual cost per appointment, we are comparable with high end facilities. Home service incurs an initial surcharge + and additional for every 15 mins over 15 mins out of designated service area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intake: Consultation and a general view of goals and current condition. Then: Intro package (3-5 appointments depending on program). This is for physical assessment and basic skills needed for every program. At the end of the intro package we will provide 3 customized options for moving forward depending on your specific needs.
