- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First, I will fully understand client's request and gather available information provided to give the best pricing. Unless there is no change order during the course of service or undisclosed information given prior to the estimate, the proposal fee signed by both parties will never change.

I value mutual communication and transparency to avoid future misunderstandings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor graduate with civil/structural engineering degree.
