My experience training with Luis (Louie!) has been nothing but positive. He makes each session interesting and challenging, and I actually look forward to my workouts! I noticed results within a month, I'm looking leaner and stronger, and the best part is that I feel amazing. I also love that he trains out of a one on one personal training facility, so its not your typical gym scene. He's very knowledgable about what he does and I highly recommend him!
