Bill was very professional. He was on time. He was very thorough and explained everything to use before getting started. He was very attentive and caring. The carpet cleaning was fantastic! The carpets were cleaned as good as new. Couldn't be any happier with Bill.

What a terrific job by a terrific man! He arrived when he said, was clean and sober and is the nicest person. All of my rugs are so clean and bright. I was so impressed that I have hired him to do the carpets in my house when I move out later this month. If you miss doing business with him, I can only wish you good luck. He is wonderful.

Although my carpet was extremely heavily stained most stains came up but more importantly the entire carpet was clean without any upsell
My carpet is at least 20 years old plus it was still great just to have it very very clean
He had to deal with cat hair guinepig drippings rtc
I highly reccomend him.

Excellent service. Very nice young man who really knows his business. Did a fantastic job cleaning and removing carpet odors from a sick room. Looks better than new. Thank you so much. Oh and you cannot beat the price for what you get. Excellent.
