- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My recommendation is to do a more projects at one time to get the most for your money. Pricing is always better when you do more things. So, if you want to shop at Costco you get a better price on each item and therefore your total is lower If you shop Safeway, you'll pay a higher price for each item. This translates to construction also. Because we are a family-run business, we are in the business of helping people. We are always open to be a little flexible with pricing, if needed, without sacrificing quality of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go the extra mile by actually taking the customer shopping to help purchase the materials and then the customer can apply our contractor’s discount. We take weeks of shopping down to one day with a guide to help. We work with designers, space consolidators color coordinators, feng shui designers and architects that cost a lot to use their services. When we help you design your project, you get all that for free!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 generations or style and quality technique passed down. This is family business with fathers, sons, cousins all who are CA state license board certified. OSHA certification, and safety meetings up to date.
