Denis Gamez and his crew were beyond what I expected. Denis responded within 15 minutes to my posting of work to be done in a tenant's flat. He came the next day and immediately repaired two fixtures in the bathrooms. He saw of leak under a window that I had not seen. His estimate was reasonable and his suggestions were very professional. The work started on time the next morning: preparing and painting, finding and repairing the leak, assisting me with light fixtures, and cleanup. The crew returned on time the next morning to complete the job including completely cleaning up after the work was done. It looks wonderful. I highly recommend Gamez and will call on them in the future.

Gamez and his team constructed the TV accent wall and mounted the TV in my house. They are very professional and punctual; he knows what he is doing. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have pretty fair and reasonable prices. I also do offer discounts on big jobs. I like to work with the customer and make it work for both of us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Check in with customers first. Get a feel of what they really need. Set up a day and time to check scope the project. If the customer likes the estimate, we’ll decide a good day and time to start. Or I can even start the same day if it’s something simple and all materials are on site. If it’s a small project I could even run to pick up the few supplies needed for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an apprentice/ helper in my younger years for a family friend that’s been in the business for almost 30 years. He is where I learned most everything I know now, and who I call when I might need help with an idea.
