they are pretty quick to respond and eager to start right away, we agreed on a price inclusive of everything but he added many things when he was done. So be careful, and ask again before he starts how much in total you will pay in the end. I was pretty blindsided, I was clear on how much the price I’ll pay all-inclusive but he still added other things.
Also the quality of work I was not happy with, he left the screws lose on the door knobs, I think they will fall off eventually. I decided to tighten the screws myself but now my locks would not work properly. So the screws need to be left lose which is bothersome. I would not hire again.
