TPS rehabbed a Moraga house that had not been updated since the early 80's. All flooring was replaced, popcorn ceilings scraped, walls texured, kitchen completely gutted and reconfigured, bathrooms updated, landscaping and front entrance completely redone. New appliances, new windows. Completed on budget and on schedule. A beautiful job. We were totally delighted! Would use Hunter and his team again without a doubt!

I would recommend Hunter Miley and Total Property solution to anyone needed any kind of build work from renovation to rebuild to design build in the Bay area. We were in desperate need of a contractor to come in and finish a full tiny house build for our television show, Tiny House Nation, and Hunter went above and beyond to make it happen for us. The work was absolutely top notch. Total Property Solutions' professionalism and integrity in the design build industry is unparalleled, and we all feel so fortunate to have been able to work with them. If you are looking for a company to deliver above and beyond on your build needs, you really need to look no further. Also, don't hesitate to ask Hunter about his unbelievable product granicrete-it's an amazing product and he is a fabulous artisan when it comes to custom countertops and bathroom treatments.
