We were remodeling our home and initially hired Vijay at NWI for speaker and ethernet wiring throughout the house. When I met Vijay at the house I was impressed with his advice and knowledge about how to plan out our setup. We ended up expanding our engagements to include also installing a home security system and installing monitors and wiring at my wife’s dental practice as well. I also spoke to 2 other pros I found on Thumbtack but very quickly decided I wanted to move forward with NWI. Other pros wanted to charge just to give me an estimate and were not as pragmatic as Vijay. Michelle at NWI sent an invoice electronically which was easy to pay online, and we were able to pay some up front and some upon completion, which helped me manage cash flow. She was friendly and communicative about logistics, eg scheduling working days around shipment deliveries. We needed to buy some equipment for both the house and dental office projects, and Vijay gave helpful advice and was able to find great pricing on the equipment we wanted, which made it easier to buy through NWI instead of deal hunting on Amazon and at Best Buy. I’ve always felt some pros are just out for your money but with NWI I felt like they were good people charging fair prices and were interested in getting the job done correctly, not just getting in and getting out as fast as possible. Our animal rescue in San Pablo was threatened by two intentionally set fires this past week putting all of our animals at risk. We were scrambling to come up with quick, economical, security ideas and reached out to Tekulus. It was the best call we could’ve made! The owner was punctual, professional and not only offered to come up with an economical long term solution but immediately sprang into action installing a security camera system we picked up at a retail store in order to bring us a temporary solution... for FREE! He went out of his way to take care of us, giving us peace of mind while helping to make sure the animals were safe. His wife even came down to the rescue acting as his assistant!
