Personal Training (In-Home only, Individual, Couples), Nutrition Coaching Twice weekly 30 and 60 minute sessions Minimum commitments of 3-12 months+ only Exclusive High End 1,2,4 week Accelerator Programs and 1,2,4 week Fitness Experience Trips Catering to those wanting the best service and results. Do your research before calling a trainer (website, have an idea of what the investment is, decision maker approval (ask your spouse/check your budget first).
