- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing model if flexible so that you don't pay for things you you don't need. There is no minimum number of hours so you can use for jobs big and small. We charge by the mile allowing for scalable transportation. Truck specific services allows you to use only the amount of truck you need. Hourly Rate: This is what is charged for the duration. Per-Mile Rates: Used for distance and freight transportation (includes fuel). Truck Rates: Smaller load won't need big truck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are with you from the 1st step until the last. Estimates are clear and questions are answered anytime along the way. When the details are locked in, you will receive an invoice which is our price guarantee.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
