I hired Kaluma to paint my bathroom, laundry rooml, hallway, and linen closet! He's very affordable and easy to work with. Which is rare these days! He did an outstanding job! I am more than pleased with the results! My bathroom vanity looks amazing! It's no longer dark brown with a yellow counter stuck in the 70s! The vanity paint looks like butter! Smooth with no paint lines! Kaluma was on time and cleaned up after himself everyday. I will definitely hire him again for any future paint projects!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing model if flexible so that you don't pay for things you you don't need. There is no minimum number of hours so you can use for jobs big and small. We charge by the mile allowing for scalable transportation. Truck specific services allows you to use only the amount of truck you need.
Hourly Rate: This is what is charged for the duration.
Per-Mile Rates: Used for distance and freight transportation (includes fuel).
Truck Rates: Smaller load won't need big truck.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are with you from the 1st step until the last. Estimates are clear and questions are answered anytime along the way. When the details are locked in, you will receive an invoice which is our price guarantee.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The company was started from friends helping each other move from place to place during college. As time went on, we noticed the difference in efficiencies between logistics and technology. Add in a bit of white glove service, minus the white glove premium and you have Kaluma's Transportation.
