I highly recommend Licia who I hired to assist with the overwhelming task of preparing for a moving sale. She took the initiative to stage my items in a creative and organized way to encourage a fun and beautiful shopping experience, was willing to listen and follow theough with all of my wishes and instructions and has an amazing, unstressed, happy and positive personality. She is even bringing a team back the morning of the sale to move furniture pieces outdoors.

Licia is wonderful to work with. She was able to keep my husband engaged for three hours to help clean out our garage and make the space more usable. I would highly recommend her to help you with any of your organizing needs. Also, she’s willing to get dirty, After we finished the garage, we were both covered in dirt, but she didn’t care.

Ask a lot of questions. Determine scope of job and customer style/preferences. Provide detailed estimate. Schedule, and start digging!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an educator for 20 years which gave me great experience in coaching and project management. I was a K-12 and University account executive for 10 years which gave me extensive expertise in how to build and grow a business. Both careers provided me the opportunity to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service. I have been organizing for a lifetime.
