Kandis is a top-notch yoga instructor--and I am VERY particular about yoga instructors. She is the only personal yoga instructor I have ever had who thoughtfully explains what you are doing, why you are doing it, and how it impacts the muscles and structure of your body as you do it, too, which I love. Because of this I find myself easily integrating yoga into my day on days I don't see her just because I know what to do and how to do it. She also has a fun personality and you can easily see she actually enjoys teaching yoga which makes the process of doing yoga 10x's more enjoyable. I leave our sessions together feeling so much better energetically and physically than I typically do from yoga. If you are looking for an excellent yoga teacher who is thoughtful, thorough, highly intelligent, fun to work with, who will foster and help you grow your own love of yoga beyond your sessions together, you need Kandis in your life!
Melissa is by far the best yoga instructor I've ever had the pleasure of doing classes with. She has a unique gift to teach a class full of people on such an intimate and individualized level. She makes the atmosphere fun and peaceful, yet challenging. She gives individual attention to form and to difficulty level, adding more challenges for those who are ready for them, and modifying for those who are struggling. She creates an environment that is welcoming and not intimidating for beginners but also develops community and pushes everyone to really challenge themselves and "leave it all on the mat". When I got injured badly rock climbing and couldn't even walk, Melissa wanted so badly for me to be able to participate that she would work with me on the side while still effectively teaching the class. She showed me stretches and poses I could still do, and took my injury into consideration with each suggestion. I took Melissa's yoga classes at the rock climbing gym where I was a member. She catered her yoga classes incredibly well to our purpose. The poses, stretching, and strengthening were specific to rock climbing. Not only was the class amazing in and of itself, but it made us all better climbers as well. In all honesty, Melissa has ruined me for all other yoga instructors I've experienced. As much as I developed a love yoga in her classes and hated to miss, I have struggled finding motivation to attend other classes since she moved. When I go, I always find myself disappointed. Either I'm not challenged, or it's too difficult. The atmosphere is cold and distant, or it is too clique-ish. Melissa has many unique gifts that make her a phenomenal yoga instructor and make her classes both fun and rewarding. Because she instilled such a love in me for yoga, I'll keep trying to find someone who teaches as well as she does!
Monk is a great Yoga instructor. He is very punctual. He is very patient and has been teaching us yoga at our pace and customizes the sessions according to our body needs. We really enjoy working with him.
I have taken private Yoga lessons with Jessa and she has been a superb instructor! Her extensive background in yoga training has helped me expand and strengthen my yoga practice and I always learn something new when working with her. I look forward to her classes every time!
Sierra is an excellent Yoga Instructor!! I have been with her for more than 3 years and she is a extremely knowledgeable, patient and caring Instructor. She ask questions about your health and include poses in the sessions to accommodate each persons particular needs. She also provides options during the class based on an individuals needs, i.e. using a chair for those who have difficulty getting to the floor. She is amazing in her craft!
Karen is an amazing Yoga instructor. She is working with me to build strength and avoid injury to back, shoulders and neck. KAren works hard, prepares for the classes and works on developing an individual program that takes my older body and injuries into consideration. I definitely highly recommend her and her services.

I had a private yoga session with Claire and as someone new to yoga, I felt that Claire's instruction was clear and helpful. I've gone through a few yoga techniques on my own following the instruction of youtube videos, but I found Claire's session to help take me to the next level. She corrected my form and technique to help me get the most out of my yoga and I could really feel the difference in what I was doing before versus what I learned from the private session. Claire helped me loosen up my hips and introduced a few new poses that I've added to my routine and helped fine tune the ones I was already familiar with. Overall, I enjoyed my session with Ferox Yoga and would definitely try more classes in the future.
Apoorva has provided private yoga sessions to my group of 50-something girlfriends and she is great. She has a wonderfully supportive and calming teaching style that puts us at ease. Her knowledge of various yoga practices can accommodate anyone's level, and she's able to provide modifications for those with injuries. Love her and highly recommend her!
I stumbled upon Denelles class and, for the first time since moving to Denver, felt like I was home. Denelles style is grounded in yoga theory with sequences that are meaningful, creative, and challenging without feeling like an aerobics class. Each movement and pose that Denelle chooses for her class has a purpose. Denelles love for yoga and her students is so clear, and it is contagious. After each class I attend with Denelle, I feel physically strong, mentally clear, and emotionally connected to the world around me. With humility a heart full of gratefulness, Denelle shares love and wisdom with her students. Ive taken dozens of yoga classes that take students through the marriage of poses and breath. Denelle takes her classes to another level, infusing them with purpose and urging students to grow and explore through the movements of their practice.
Margaret is my favorite of the six instructors who come to my home and train me in Yoga and Fitness. She teaches a very balanced class which is customized to my needs my balance of fitness and strength. Margaret very experienced to skilled in aroma and other areas. I wish I could give six stars
For me, Ericka is one of those people that you feel fortunate when you cross paths with them in life. I met Ericka when she started teaching yoga at my company twice a week more than two years ago. She is easily relatable, down to earth and doesn't take her self too seriously - but she definitely knows her yoga. Our class is a great combo of folks who take yoga seriously and folks who are there for work yoga. I appreciate how she tries to tailor each class based on what types of ailments each of us have that day. But more than that, Ericka has been a friend and an awesome teacher for me personally, so if you have the chance to meet her and work with her - I would highly recommend it. Gabe

Regina adapts the practice to your level, skill and energy. She pushes each person to their max when they want it or not when they don't. She actively corrects form which helps me learn and helps prevent injuries. Her skill as a yogi and as an instructor are fantastic.
Stephanie is an excellent yoga teacher. She works well with beginners, as well as more advanced students. She is wonderful at sequencing her classes, moving you from one pose to another. Her feedback is invaluable. Sometimes, just a slight adjustment, can make all the difference. I highly recommend Stephanie!
Jenn is fantastic. She senses what your body is capable of, is great at making modifications for injuries, and gives a great class. There is such a huge difference between an ok yoga instructor and a great one. She is a great one.
Gina took a very personal approach when we started our lessons. I suffered from sciatic pain after a lower back/ spasm injury due to a bulging disk so decided to try yoga to help strengthen my lower back and lessen my pain. She was always prepared with different poses to improve my health. She has a true passion for the practice and helping her patients. Gina was in it for the journey with me and I really appreciated that.
I've been taking private lessons in ballet and jazz from Zaire for about four months now, and I can confidently say that this was the best decision that I made this year! My only previous dance experience was five years ago, a beginner's class that my high school offered for physical education. Early this year, I decided that I wanted to try out for the dance team at my college, hoping I could train hard enough to prepare for auditions in September. Zaire has been the perfect dance teacher to help me work toward this goal. Every lesson, she pushes me more to perfect my technique, build up my stamina, and to really perform each movement. She works me VERY hard, but I've gotten in so much better shape and can see and feel improvement in every aspect of my dancing. Zaire instructs with the perfect balance of being tough with high expectations while keeping things fun and creating an environment in which working hard doesn't feel like work at all. She is a beautiful person who truly cares about her students! I am so blessed to have her as a dance teacher, and I recommend her to absolutely anyone who wants to experience the joy in dancing!
