- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually offer a 20 minute complimentary session to give a potential client a chance to learn more about my coaching style, credentials, overall coaching process— and ultimately, how their goals will achieved in the most efficient and effective way!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very results oriented!!!, while providing total loving support and clarity on mutual expectations as well as detailed action plan on to how address my clients needs and achieve their goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Masters in Education, and Masters in Clinical and Organizational Psychology, as well as Life Strategies Coach certification.
