- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always transparent and based on the complexity and scope of the project. I do not believe in hidden fees. Before starting, I provide a clear estimate so customers know exactly what to expect. In some cases, I can offer discounts for repeat clients or bundled services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a consultation to understand the client’s goals, timeline, and budget. From there, I outline the steps of the project, provide recommendations, and explain any options available. I make sure the client is comfortable and informed before work begins, and I keep open communication throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Ph.D. in Physics and an Associate’s Degree in Hotel and Resort Management. I also have over 25 years of field experience in real estate appraisal. Throughout my career, I have completed numerous courses from accredited institutions to keep my licenses current and ensure my knowledge stays up to date with industry standards and regulations.
