- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a friendly free in-home consultation to understand your needs, mobility concerns, and bathroom layout. Next, we help you choose the perfect tub model and features. Our licensed in-house installation team then schedules a convenient date for the install, completing most projects in just 1–2 days. Finally, we walk you through how to use and care for your new tub, ensuring you’re comfortable and confident before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is made up of licensed, factory-trained installers and certified plumbing and electrical professionals with years of hands-on experience. Joe, our owner, is a licensed General Contractor in California with over 20 years of experience specializing in bathroom remodeling. We also undergo continuous training on the latest walk-in tub technologies, safety standards, and installation best practices. This ensures every project meets both manufacturer specifications and local building codes — giving you peace of mind that your tub is installed right the first time.
