What went well: The quality of the work was good and was completed on time . We had 3 outlets installed and they work as expected. A metal conduit had to be run because there was no room to run wiring in the walls. After the conduit was run and the boxes were installed Manuel painted the metal conduit to match the wall color which was above and beyond what was required. What could have gone better: The original quote we received was not what we ended up paying. Due to the cost of the wiring, the final price was more than what we were quoted, but this was not brought up until I reached out to confirm we were good to go a few days before the installation date. Additional room for improvement would be punctuality, he was late to the estimate call, and he was late to the actual installation due to another job he had previously scheduled.
