My training includes comprehensive coursework through InterNACHI covering foundation systems, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, and interior/exterior components, along with standards of practice and inspection reporting. In addition, I have professional experience in safety and risk assessment, which strengthens my ability to identify potential hazards, evaluate property conditions critically, and communicate findings clearly and accurately. I continue ongoing education through InterNACHI to stay current with building codes, inspection standards, and best practices in the industry, ensuring every inspection is performed with accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.
