Please ask about Senior, Military or Teacher discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in up front honesty and disclosure. I like documenting with pictures before/after. Fair pricing is reasonable for both service provider and customer. Giving customer the details of the job and the steps required. Time frame information is also important, for the parts and labor required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years in the warehouse industry, in a variety of positions. Decades of customer service experience. I most recently worked for a plumbing company for 2 years learning the trade. I have been doing handyman work for many years as my father owned rental properties. I have experience with and completed courses in appliance repair.
