- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet! I like to see your place, listen to your desires, offer suggestions and come up with a plan. We don't do the "one call close" thing that many of our contemporaries have gone to. I don't believe a home improvement business should be a sales driven organization. SERVICE through a personal professional relationship is the only way to go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly keeping abreast of the latest trends, products and methods is almost a full time job in itself.
