Update: We received our household goods including my tools. Tommy along with three local movers were able to get our things inside the house without damage. They also reassembled our furniture and placed everything exactly where we needed them. They were courteous and professional. We appreciate our items showing up and what looks like to be in great shape. We are still unpacking at the moment. I have changed my review status to reflect our experience. Thank you.I asked the packers to place everything in boxes and wrap brown paper around totes. They did not wrap the totes in brown paper just plastic wrap. While the driver and loaders were at my place- I realized my Snap On tool bag with tools were left as is- No tag on the bag, no number. I asked driver to place it in a box. All my boxes went out, then my big furniture except the box with my tools. Which was in a box but No name on that box, no sticker placed, no number written. Where all the other boxes were written in huge letters and numbers. I am concerned that it will not show. The packers nor the driver put it on the inventory list. So I had to ask him to come back up. He wrote it on my sheet and said he would just add to his. I am concerned that my tools will not show. Both the packers and the driver with load crew missed it in inventory. If my tools show I will come back and update this post.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our company. When moving plastic totes on a military move, we are required to wrap them and shrink wrap and note the contents. We make sure that the contents is safeguarded and secure. Wrapping all these totes in paper pads is very expensive and on this type of loose load domestic move, not necessary. As far as the tool bag goes, the Box arrived at destination as we promise. It did have an inventory sticker on it. All items on the inventory checked off at delivery. I hope now that everything has been delivered you see that we are not trying to mislead anyone. Thank you for your feedback.

They made me cry!! When I tell you!!! The team at Ackley went above and beyond for me. I was on an EXTREMELY tight schedule with this move and they literally sent a mini army for me to catch my flight on time. It was a huge ask but they delivered! Christian was very communicative about everything the whole time. He made no promises. But they packed and picked up my order all in one day. Customer service is unmatched!! I didn't expect it at all but I am ever so grateful for the effort you gentlemen put in for me today. The weight this just lifted. Thank you thank you thank youuuuu!!
