Walter Deal says, "Bob Jenson has serviced our heating/AC system for about 10 years, including replacing a mini-split heat pump system several years ago. Weve also subscribed to their Maintenance Program during the period theyve been servicing our system. Weve always been pleased with their work theyre on time, courteous, and thorough.Let me give one recent example. Our main AC system stopped working one evening only warm air coming out the vents. I called Bob Jenson on the 24-hour number, and they gave me an appointment the next day (try doing that with any AC company on one of the hottest days of the summer if you dont have a Maintenance Program or equivalent). Brian came out, and diagnosed the problem as a bad start capacitor. He said someone would bring a capacitor from their warehouse, and he would wait for it to arrive and then install it. It turned out they didnt have the right capacitor in stock. Brian then went on his own to a supply house, bought the capacitor, returned to our house, and installed it and all is cool. My guess is that most technicians working for most companies would have said they would be back another day with the right capacitor, and would have left us to swelter. I consider Brians effort to be well beyond the call of duty, and exemplifies the service weve received from Bob Jenson."See more
