- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
From what I understand in the area, you get what you pay for. I have old fashioned work ethic , meaning I’m not stopping until the job is complete. I also keep detailed records of every serve in case I’m ever questioned about the validity of the serve at a later date. All of my service is guaranteed!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking about needs, discussion of price and then documents can be emailed or personally delivered to me for service and payment made. Most serves are done within 48 hours of receiving documents and payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had mentoring and classes from a seasoned professional and ex police officer who is now a process server and private investigator with multiple offices in Arizona.
