They came out and happily provided me with an estimate for a few leaks on my roof that I had found. Not only that, but they explained the process and also explained why other companies might want to do things differently and charge me more. I had already received multiple quotes and everyone was telling me different things. Harlan Quality Roofing, seemed like the most genuine and seemed like they had my best interest. They were very communicative and punctual!

The team at Harlan Quality roofing exceeded our expectations. The initial quote was thoughtful and not rushed to ensure we properly identified the issues with our roof. We were scheduled for 3 weeks out, however a time slot opened two days after our quote and they were able to squeeze us in early. The Harlan team communicated clearly the entire time, were punctual and took great care to keep the work site tidy after they finished. I would highly recommend.

I needed someone to take a look at my roof following the recent storm which caused a couple of my windows to leak. From the start of the process, the administrative staff at Harlan were very prompt with their communication. I would receive a call if my appointment could be bumped ahead, and they would send a confirmation email with the new appointment date once I have confirmed the change. Their technician showed up on time on the date that my appointment was scheduled. Not only was he very professional, but he took the time to answer the questions I had and pointed out a few items I should be aware of in regards to my roof. Thankfully, nothing was wrong with my roof. Harlan carried out the inspection free-of-charge. Not wanting them to have nothing to show for their visit, I asked if they can re-caulk my gable vent instead to prevent water ingress during the next rain. This was done promptly and they even gave me a discount, too! Overall, I am beyond satisfied with my experience working with Harlan Roofing. They are a professional team with an extraordinary quality of customer service!

I had a roof repair from another contractor in town. The very first rain of the year it was evident that their work was faulty and leaking through our eves. I had Harlan come out and they were quickly able to diagnose the problem. They scheduled the repair and were out promptly to complete it. The work was flawless, the crew professional, and they didnt take any short cuts. I am a pool contractor by trade and deal with other contractors regularly, I wish all contractors operated like this. They have my full endorsement!

Our free estimate starts with our expert estimators going onsite to the property to measure and documents the condition of the roof. An estimate is discussed and emailed with various options as every home is unique. Once accepted, our production team starts pulling the necessary permits if applicable, ordering materials and getting a start date on the calendar. Communication is key so we keep you up to date every step of the way from start to the Final Inspection.
