Your Fitness Genie
Introduction: My personal journey towards becoming a master fitness trainer began in 1981 after an untreated whiplash injury. The injury created a weakened left side which resulted in 19 additional injuries due to falling. It's amazing how sprained ankles, strained neck and back muscles can send a person towards chiropractic and physical therapy care! In a quest to heal my own injuries, I learned how core strength, corrective postural stretching and myofascial release techniques could alleviate the need for outside therapy. I love to share my passion for fitness as a fun way to achieve better health. I enjoy seeing the relief and excitement when my clients learns ways to alleviate there physical pain plus become stronger. It's exciting to hear of the daily tasks such as lifting boxes, hiking with friends or keeping up with younger colleagues at work or during recreational time.
