I hired Haute Productions for a private cooking class for a bachelor party event, and we had the best time. Keith was an awesome teacher and host, he made the experience wonderful. Everyone had a blast and it was the best part of the entire weekend. Not to mention the fact that the food was awesome! I would highly recommend using Haute Productions for any event you may have.

Shelly not only makes vegan cooking simple and delicious, she provides the tools and tricks you need to prepare meals for your family! She teaches with love and passion and educates the public about plant-based nutrition and provides the info you need to make the switch from omnivore to vegan or enhance your current vegan lifestyle. I have been vegetarian for 20+ years and vegan for 9 years and I learned so much from Shelly just from one class! I can’t wait to learn more, as she has so much to offer and an entire cook book worth of recipes in her head to impress any chef!

I have been working with Annaliese for meal prep for several months now and my life has CHANGED for the better! Not only is her food delicious, well-sourced, thoughtful, and healthy while also comforting, but each week the menu has new items I never would have thought of on my own. She is such a fantastic cook, that I find myself eating things I normally wouldn't like mushrooms and onions. Everything she makes is spectacularly delicious. My favorite dish of hers is a lemon and kale chicken - I could eat this EVERY DAY! I would highly recommend Annaliese to anyone looking to hire a chef for meal prep or in-home cooking services.

"I have been trying to get Ed Masciana to teach for ages so that I can take his classes. He is a marvelous cook (chef), teacher, who in addition to knowing Italian food and cooking techniques, has an extensive knowledge of other cuisines---American, French--and the chemistry of food/cooking. I was lucky enough to have Ed teach me the essentials of stock making---fish, chicken, beef and then, how to use the results to make marvelous (the best I ever had and not the usual tomato heavy) cioppino. This lesson taught me how incorporating home made stock elevated whatever soups, braises, etc I would attempt. He also showed me sautéing techniques, imparting a thoughtful approach to sautéing vegetables (and meat/fish as well) based on their density and structure. (I'm still learning, but this was an invaluable lesson.) Ed is a great teacher. He is easy to learn from. He's considerate, imparts skills naturally, with a good sense of humor, so one learns without feeling intimidated. As far as the "being on time" question, that does not even come into play. He's a real teacher with professional standards. He's there to teach when this is called for.

Vegan cooking has never been as fabulous as when Porsche is the one serving up cruelty free dishes. She makes healthy - usually soy free - meals for my boss Russell Simmons and myself on the regular. Our guests always leave our events raving about the taste and marveling at how satisfying it is without flesh and dairy. She is the best of the best!

Joe catered an event at my home for more than 75 guests who were to be served an assortment of appetizers and finger foods. Joe's delightful and original menu more than made the event enjoyable and elegant as I hoped. The quality and service were excellent.

Teresa took time to understand my needs and what I wanted to get out of my experience with her. She also spent a lot of time personalizing our day together and being thoughtful about how to schedule and plan it all out so that I got the most out of it. I learned a ton of tips since we went through the entire process, from picking out my ingredients through preparation. Teresa was willing to answer any question (no matter how silly) I had along the process and adjust to any changes I requested. Teresa is really knowledgable and experienced, as was evident throughout my time with her. I would 100%, no doubt, hire Teresa for many more cooking experiences/classes in the future. I definitely feel more confident in the kitchen after spending a day with her.

I have had nothing but awesome experiences working with chef Ollie George. She is creative and passionate and it really shows in the wonderful recipes she teaches. I have had the pleasure of taking a series of classes from her and recently took a fun cooking class with my 2 daughters, making the most delicious salmon ceviche! I used to be lost in the kitchen but now have the confidence to create beautiful meals for my family and actually enjoy cooking! Thanks Ollie!

Brandon cooked dinner for myself and a couple of friends a few times. His food is amazing and not your ordinary dishes. His mac and cheese and fish tacos are to die for. Highly recommend Brandon as a chef for an intimate dinner or a large party. He can work with almost any budget and will provide the most bang for your buck. Choosing him to cook is definitely one of the best decisions I've made.

About

I have been inspired to enlighten other people to use food as a tool in order to improve upon their condition after experiencing my own health and wellness successes through this Cooking for Cancer approach. We have to take an active role in maintaining a healthy body, and that is what I firmly believe in. We can no longer afford to relinquish the responsibility for our health to the medical industry. To preserve and keep our body healthy is our duty. We can no longer keep on poisoning our bodies with foods that are loaded with preservatives and pesticides, which is why I now offer Cooking for Cancer classes because I believe in it, especially when our health is compromised. I follow the 80/20 rule -- 80% raw and 20% cooked, as well as 80% alkaline and 20% acidic food. In my cooking classes, I provide tips and guidelines on how to formulate and maintain a satisfying and healthy diet in a creative and simple way.

Hire skilled professionals for absolutely everything.
