Bonjour! My name is Joscelyn and I am a licensed Esthetician, Performer, and Personal Trainer. I have been a dancer for almost 25 years and an educator for 8 years. I firmly believe that we never stop learning, so I am currently back in school to earn a degree in business administration and communications after spending some time working at Disney. Over the years, I have earned certifications as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Makeup Artist, Lash Artist, and too many more! (Friends like to joke that I like to collect certifications!) I teach everything from performing arts on stage to how things work behind the scenes. The most important thing I have learned through teaching is that not every dancer is built the same; The beauty of dance lies in the way we interpret and associate movement. This translates to nearly all subjects from art, music, math, etc - it’s like a little plug-and-play phrase - I love it! I have a firm belief that everyone is capable of achieving their goals, it just takes a little time to find what process works best for you. I am at my happiest adventuring with my daughter, beau, and fur babies. And, tea and cookies hold my heart. So, with all that being said, my teaching style is catered to each person. I have an established and ever-growing curriculum that can be easily catered to each learning style so that everyone can work in their most efficient manner! Happy Dancing!
