- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For first time clients, firm price is provided in person prior to cleaning. A baseline estimate can be given via text or email prior to the in person inspection. We do not provide any cleaning services for pet feces or urine, or clean/dispose of any other hazardous materials. We may consider servicing homes outside of our typical service territory, but up to date pictures must be provided upfront for a more accurate price estimate. We provide 10-15% discounts for recurring cleaning. We also provide discounts on future services for referrals.

Our cleaning staff has decades of experience cleaning homes, offices, churches/stores, and small businesses.
