Laura and Sandra did an outstanding job cleaning our home. They arrived on time, were professional and friendly, and paid attention to every detail — the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, floors and baseboards looked brand new, and even those overlooked nooks were thoroughly cleaned. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For first time clients, firm price is provided in person prior to cleaning. A baseline estimate can be given via text or email prior to the in person inspection. We do not provide any cleaning services for pet feces or urine, or clean/dispose of any other hazardous materials. We may consider servicing homes outside of our typical service territory, but up to date pictures must be provided upfront for a more accurate price estimate. We provide 10-15% discounts for recurring cleaning. We also provide discounts on future services for referrals.
