I’ve had many trainers in the past and Michael is by far the best. In our first session, Michael asked me my reasons for wanting to workout, my training goals, and any health concerns I had. Keeping in mind that I wasn’t 21 yrs. old anymore (far from it), Michael designed a workout plan to meet my goals as well as keep me motivated- I even learned to enjoy Jacob’s Ladder. From my workouts I became stronger, built muscle, and increased my endurance, things I definitely needed for my job. Michael is highly knowledgeable in the human body, muscle mechanics, and weight training. He is professional yet very friendly, always watching me to make sure I was working out correctly and safely- never once was he texting or on his phone during our sessions. I recommended him to friends, family, and anyone who wants to get back to pre-lockdown shape.

I have been training with Michael for a while now and it's a shame I could only pick three of the items listed above because he checks all of them. Since I started training with him, he has been punctual, he always responds to my concerns about nutrition and workout tips, and he's always professional. The value of what he provides as a trainer is not easy to find in a lot of personal trainers. I've trained with another before, but Michael is one of the first that actually makes me feel SAFE. He pays attention to the smallest details that we don't think about, because he knows that it's the littlest things that can cause the worst injuries. He knows when you're ready to increase weights, and when to lower the weight and increase reps to get the same level of effectiveness for each exercise. And he's also very polite and even though he's strong and fit, he doesn't make his clients feel intimidated or embarrassed about our levels of fitness. Some trainers can come off as condescending and rude when you aren't physically able to complete an exercise, which he has never been. Michael will work with you on a harder exercise little by little, until one day you realize you're doing it full on without difficulty. Not only does he motivate me to come in to see him at the gym, he motivates me to workout on my own. That's so important because there are days when I just really don't want to do it. Michael provides high quality service that everyone would be lucky to have. He will give you the tools you need to feel stronger and healthier. Starting strength training with Michael was the best thing I could have done to improve my health and wellbeing. Give him a try, you won't regret it!

I've been training with Michael for awhile now and he's one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. He really listens and works with you at your pace. He pushes you too but never in a way that doesn't make you feel motivated. He is knowledgeable and I feel so much more comfortable training in a private gym with him than at a large gym. The price for his training is also very reasonable and worth every penny. If you're looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend him. He will never steer you wrong.

He’s the devil but in the best way possible. He always pushes me to your max to get the most out of me and help me achieve my goals. He’s strict about form which is amazing bc I have had no injuries since training with him. There is a method to his madness and within 2 months you will start seeing a difference. He’s amazing and I would highly recommend him! Personally lost 9 inches in 3 months.

I have been working with Michael for the past year and a half. He has worked with me to transform my body. He is strategic and patient and steadily builds on your progress and works to meet all your goals. I went from a size 8 to a size 4 and have replaced my flappy skin with tone muscles. I couldn’t be more happy with my progress and I know I could have never done it without Michaels encouragement and amazing training.
