You can be just as successful training with your coach online as in person and I look forward to continuing to educate and help others reach their fitness goals and become healthier all around! I have been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years and I am still just as passionate about it as I was when I first started. I believe that fitness is a means by which we can add health and life to our years. My goal for each client is to teach them how to live at their highest functioning level Mind, Body and Soul.

Two years ago, I one day randomly reached out to Jessica without a plan or motivation in my mind and heart. Without knowing how I was about to physically change my appearance, gain confidence, change my mindset and how firm I was becoming to commit to this new journey. I've had trainers in the past and I want to say of every "kind" of Personal trainers. Personal Trainers that made it obvious that were only interested in making the money that don't bother to encourage you or teach proper technic and trainers that don't care to build a friendship with their clients. in the top years of getting to know Jessica she has never shown those red flags in a trainer. Jessica builds a friendship with you because she genuinely wants to teach, she genuinely wants to see you grow and learn and she genuinely wants to make sure you are comfortable with her because the fitness journey can absolutely get tough. Jessica is accessible at any time of the day and she is always happy to help without making you feel like you are a bother. Jessica is far more than educated on the fitness industry she is passionate. If there's ever a time my personal friends ever want to make difference in themselves, always and only ever referred them to my trainer Jessica. Elemental MVMNT (Jessica) changed my life in the better and I am so thankful for her. If you want to make a change within yourself I wouldn't think twice about training with Jessica. The growth, knowledge and passion for the fitness life is endless.

I’ve been a client with Jess for 7 months now and still currently train with her online. She’s been amazing and has helped me lose over 30lbs plus tone my body up. She has helped me understand how to have a healthier relationship with food and how to live a more functional lifestyle.
I like how even though we train online she makes herself available to me whenever I have questions. I highly recommend her!

Honestly great experience lifelong lesson on weightlifting techniques. Amazing trainer and person she will motivate you and push you past your limits. Highly recommend 10/10

Jessica was my trainer for about 2 year's. Everyday we trained she pushed me to do my best, guided me when I didn't know how to do certain workouts and showed me that with consistency you can get results. She truly is the best trainer I've ever had!
