- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
KsK Events & Design offers transparent, flat-rate pricing based on the type of event, level of service, and overall scope. All proposals are customized so clients only pay for what they truly need. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due before the event. Introductory pricing and select package discounts may be available depending on availability and event size. Any additional services or extended hours are discussed and approved in advance—no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with an initial consultation to understand the client’s vision, needs, and priorities. From there, a customized proposal outlining services, timelines, and pricing is provided. Once booked, KsK Events & Design manages planning details, vendor coordination, and logistics through scheduled check-ins. On the event day, we oversee execution from setup to breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly so clients can fully enjoy their celebration.

KsK Events & Design is built on hands-on event planning experience, strong organizational skills, and a design-forward approach.
