Karine and the rest of her team are in one word simply AMAZING. They literarily went above and beyond planning, arranging and executing everything to the T.To be quite frank I can be a bit of a diva (shh dont tell my family i admit to it), however the diva in me never made an appearance, this is primarily due to Karines deligence, meticulous attention to detail and being always like she loves to say on top of it. Thank you, thank you and again thank you. The event was literarily everything and even more than I hoped for.P.s if Karine god bless you for that emergency kit you always carry on you, it saved the day!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
KsK Events & Design offers transparent, flat-rate pricing based on the type of event, level of service, and overall scope. All proposals are customized so clients only pay for what they truly need. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due before the event. Introductory pricing and select package discounts may be available depending on availability and event size. Any additional services or extended hours are discussed and approved in advance—no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with an initial consultation to understand the client’s vision, needs, and priorities. From there, a customized proposal outlining services, timelines, and pricing is provided. Once booked, KsK Events & Design manages planning details, vendor coordination, and logistics through scheduled check-ins. On the event day, we oversee execution from setup to breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly so clients can fully enjoy their celebration.
