- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our Standard pricing is $499 to lease any single family, townhouse or condo. It is normally slightly lower for multi unit buildings. And of course our Thumbtack clients automatically received $150 off of our leasing fee. Mention how you found us and it will be $349 to your lease your property. Every once in a while we'll advertise a Leasing Special like the one that we have now.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Don't be fooled by cheap fees. You will get the service that you pay for, but also don't get overcharged too. Make sure that your decision is not just based on reputation but also base it on the personality of the company. Base it on their track record no matter how short or long it is. Talk to the personnel at the company and get a good feel of their mentality. See if their genuine or if they will treat you like another name on a contract! Personal service makes a difference
