FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I need to see the scope of work I'm pricing. You never know whats going on inside a wall until you open it up. There are a lot of things I am responsible for when I commit to a job. I want to make sure that I'm going to be able to do everything I agree to. I want to make sure my customers are happy and satisfied with what pay for. when it comes to discounts I make sure that my pricing is a discount, because I always do my best to give the bid in the customers favor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
(step 1) I always like to meet in person and answer any questions they might have. I like to ask some of my own. once we get to the scope of work they want done I take notes and make sure i understand what there asking me to do. (step 2) I put a bid together with a few options of solving the problem. option 1: the best option for the problem option 2: the next best option for less. option 3: fix the issue then best way I can with your budget. (step 3) you tell me what option works best with you and we make a agreement about the work ,starting date and price.
