I used Top Knotch Flooring for a full bathroom remodel. Tile flooring, moved lights, mounted new toilet, mounted new vanity- fixed drywall. He also installed a new shower valve and shower head. Installed new base boards. Highly recommend for all bathroom remodel work.

Mike is the best, I’m very pleased with his work. I contracted Mike to redo my dream shower, came and gave me an estimate. He was very very fair with his prices. Mike is old school and does things the old way that lasts for many years to come. None of those styrofoam crap. The hop mop, concrete, and backer board, will insure this shower will last me the next 30 years. He did such a good job, I’m considering doing my 2nd bathroom which I didn’t even plan. Mike was here everyday plus Saturdays on time even early at some days. Works over time past 8 hours just to make sure he finishes my shower on time. I appreciate and look up to hard working people like him. Highly recommend Mike if you are trying to redo your bathroom, his prices are extremely fair.

Mike submitted a detailed bid with what we felt was a very fair price for work to be done. Everything went even better than expected. The project turned out beautifully. Mike tore out our old tile shower and installed a new sterling fiberglass unit and beautiful shower doors. During the installation I was impressed with the amount of care he took in protecting my floors and walls while transporting materials into my home as well as leaving the workspace as neat as possible when he left. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.

Loved working with Mike! Had him come out to fix some cracked tiles and some caulking issues in my shower, and then realized that I also had some issues with my downstairs bathroom sink. I sent him a few photos of those and he made me a bid for both projects that was very fair, and then came and handled them both in about an hour and a half.
My wife and I are both very happy with the work and are simply regretting that we did not connect with him sooner! I got his business card and will definitely use him again in the future. Highly recommend!

Mike is truly top notch!!! I am so happy I found him. I’ve dealt with my share of shady contractors/ handymen, so it was a breath of fresh air that he was so easy to work with and his work ethic is impeccable. Without me having to ask for them, he sent pics as he worked so I could see the progress. I was very pleased with my shower renovation as it was exactly what I asked for. For future projects, I’m calling Mike first.

Pricing depends on the scope of work and intensity level of labor. I provide a price breakdown per line of each estimate. Example a line may include demolition and haul away. Customer can decide if they would like a labor only or labor plus materials estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take pride in listening and being friendly with every customer. The wants of the customer are a top priority for Top Knotch Flooring.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have 15+ years in the construction industry and have my C54 Contractor's license.
