- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet new clients and explain that this can be a very emotional process for them. I have no attachment so it is easy for a new set of eyes to assess the problem areas and come up with helpful solutions in a non-judgmental way. I explain it will look worse in the beginning but by the end of our day , I know they will feel relieved. If they get too stressed, we slow down, or I send them for a walk and deep breaths. (I am also a certified yoga instructor).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the ICLMA . They always have webinars where we can learn new things. I am a Certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher, and keep up my hours teaching along with many workshops and studies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The construction office was closing and a need for flexibility with my daughter as a single full time mother, made me think of this. This was perfect. Doing all the things I liked to do with my own set hours.
