When working with clients, I go through the following process: 1. Initial consultation and confirm the technical solution meets business requirements 2. Infrastructure analysis to understand the current IT infrastructure 3. Project Planning on the deliverables for the IT project 4. Implement deliverable and monitor results with client 5. Repeat Steps #3 and #4 until project is complete 6. Review project 7. Transition project towards the daily operations of the existing IT support team / transfer project under my ongoing support process. 8. Review IT infrastructure after the transition 9.
