- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. It's hard to have a standard pricing when you want to be able to give the customer what they want. Talking to the customer is the best way to figure out what will fit their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak to them on the phone or in person and get an idea of their budget, food wants and all the info of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Culinary school, I studied in Italy. and I received my A.S.
