- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss the details of the project and ask a few questions to understand exactly what the customer needs. Then just set up an appointment. Same day or the day after most of the time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on installation work and assembling many different types of furniture, TVs, and home equipment. We continuously learn about new mounting systems, tools, and installation techniques to ensure every project is done safely and professionally.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started doing this work because we genuinely enjoy hands-on projects and helping people improve their homes. Over time we gained experience with TV mounting, furniture assembly, home gym equipment, and other installations. After many successful projects and happy customers, we decided to offer our services professionally.
