I liked the follow up reminders and letting me know the day of when the tech was on his way.Unfortunately our current system is not working anytime we use the upstairs heater. We had contacted Evolution and Air since our original installer had retired and was having health issues.Anyhow Ricky came as our tech. He was professional, considerate of our home, and after evaluating the issue took his time to explain what was wrong with it. (Manufacture overheating issues because of zoning configuration).Anyhow I appreciated that this was not a rush evaluation and even after the service when I had questions Evolution was responsive. I would highly recommend them for any heating and air issues you may have."See more

Deanna W. says, "Half the battle is finding a contractor who really knows what they’re doing, can get to you quickly and bonus points if they don’t empty your wallet. Tropical Heating and Air is the total package. When I moved into my new home in July of this year, on the first night I found out my shower didn’t give any hot water! I immediately called Tropical Heating and Air. Technician Moonie came out within a few hours. He diagnosed the problem with my hot water heater and had the tools and knowledge to resolve it quickly and safely. Fast-forward to the beginning of November, when the weather changed and it got so cold. I turned on my home heater for the first time and it only blew cool air. I immediately called Tropical and again they responded quickly. They came out. Found and fixed the problem and now I’m nice and warm. They are the company I know I can trust with my heating and cooling needs."See more

Paul came next day and was right on time. He was extremely knowledgeable about the unit we had where other hvac technicians shyed away from the job claiming it was "too complicated". He found the problem right away and was kind enough to explain the unit to me and how it worked. It was a quick fix and now we have cold air again! I would reccomend Paul to anyone needing air conditioning repait.
