Losing AC right before the summer months could have been a stressful situation but working with True North was an incredibly smooth experience. From the initial inspection to final installation, they were speedy, responsive, and clear every step of the way.A few weeks after the install (weeks with wonderfully cold air), I had some follow up questions for Dmitriy. Not only did he immediately get back to my texts, but he was even able to come out the same day to walk me through my questions with the equipment.10/10 Extremely satisfied.

Contacted them to inspect my 10-yr old HVAC system - not cooling as it was before. Response was very quick and setting up an appointment is very easy. Dmitriy showed up on time and immediately did his diagnosis. He gave me a full detailed report - system condition, performance, remaining life, and most importantly, what he found as the issue. He then gave me all possible options so we can make an informed decision that will fit our needs and budget. He also gave us a glimpse of what to expect with the options he provided. It was a no nonsense approach with sincere intentions of helping us out and we really appreciate that. Moreover, there was no pressure-he even said that we can hold off and think about it since the weather is still cool for us to use it. We finally decided and booked the appointment. David came in on time and immediately started working on it, with full knowledge of what needs to be done. He finished the work in a very reasonable time, making sure the work is done properly. These guys are very courteous, professional, and respectful. Our system is now working the same as day 1 and we look forward to enjoying our HVAC for a few more years until we call this team again for a full system upgrade. Highly recommended!!

This was a great experience. My AC unit was very old and it was time for a replacement. After fielding a few different quotes, I decided to go with True North. The quote was very reasonable compared to other ones I received, and there were no surprise fees. The owner, Dmitriy, came in person for the initial consultation (which I was able to get on the same day I requested it!) and was super responsive throughout the process. Even before I had told him I wanted to book with him, he gave me helpful advice on what I needed regardless of what provider I went with, which shows a commitment to service and integrity.I was able to get work started for a full replacement with a high efficiency Carrier inverter system the very next day. The technicians were courteous, efficient, and hard working. They were there for 12+ hours and did not leave until my unit was installed. They even laid down protection on my flooring and left the place spotless afterward. The new unit has been working beautifully, and I'll definitely be using True North again for future HVAC needs. True North Heating & Air are heroes! Dmitriy came through for me when I smelled something off, first with my heater, then with my AC. I was in a tough situation with limited time, but he was fast to respond and coordinate. What a relief!Dmitriy sent Gene, who arrived as soon as he could, and he inspected everything meticulously. It was going to be a lot of work because years had gone by and the HVAC system had not been maintained (cleaned). He had to go and take care of another appointment and get supplies for my job, but he promised he would be back as soon as possible (3-4 hours). I was anxious to get going, but I understood, and he actually came back sooner than we both expected!He spent hours cleaning everything and then checking that everything worked. I'm so happy that the heater is clean and didn't actually have a problem, and that the AC is clean too and refilled (the smell came from not having been used for a while).I am eternally grateful to True North Heating & Air for coming through for me. They were fast to respond, communicated well with me throughout the project, reasonably priced, professional, understanding, and friendly. If I ever have another problem (or when it's time for an annual cleaning), I'm calling them without hesitation!
