True North came out on a Sunday for an emergency repair, my system was over 30 years old so we decided the best course of action would be a new high-efficiency Carrier Heat Pump with a new thermostat. They offered financing but I decided to go with my credit union and they were extremely patient with the long process my credit union put me through. This is probably the best upgrade we've ever gotten done in my home. It's like night and day. The new system is extremely quiet and I actually have to periodically turn it off because my home gets too cold, I had to keep my old system on all day. Installation took just one day the guys were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The whole experience was great from start to finish.

We found True North after dealing with a company before that may have deliberately sabotaged our AC. I could not be happier with the level of service and trustworthiness of True North. They took time away from family to help us in the early evening after hours and correctly diagnosed and fixed a difficult issue. If you are looking for an honest AC technician, you've found your company. It's hard to find these days.

After talking to several companies, I selected True North for my Condenser relocation. True North is 5 star rated on Yelp and the comments from customers show their appreciation for the work they received. So here is my story. From the first communication on the phone from CJ and her continued follow up, to the onsite detailed estimate provided by George to the completed installation by Dave, I have had a 5 star experience every step of the way with True North. Their communication service via text kept me up to date constantly as the project moved to the day of the work. Dave came in and completed the work being very courteous and communicative about his work progress. The job was completed on time and the work area was left spotless afterward.
