- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to keep prices competitive and fair. Serves can range anywhere from $40 to $300 depending on what needs to be done. Skip tracing websites etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many new customers are not only new to us but they are also new to the legal system. When working with new customers we make sure to keep in touch with them throughout the process. We also like to explain to them how each step of the serve works.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After working as an EMT for several years I decided to obtain my Bachelors in Criminal Justice. From there I started working in the Loss Prevention field. Loss Prevention was a great stepping stone to Process Serving because I learned to approach difficult sometimes violent individuals. I also learned investigative methods which I apply to finding and serving the most difficult of serves. All of the process servers who work for me have similar backgrounds or are retired law enforcement.
