FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price I quote is based on the customer's initial requirements and is the FINAL price. There will not be any hidden charges or overages unless the customer needs additional photography or services or somehow alters their requirements to need additional time or work. If there are to be an overages, they are discussed with my client and then signed off on before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step with a new customer is to be a good listener. Once I hear from the customer as to their wants, needs and budget I follow-up with questions to gain more detail as needed. Next, I usually provide a detailed estimate of what their job entails and how I will accomplish it and what the deliverables will be, as well as a delivery schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Professional Photography from Brooks Institute of Photography. I have also been a professional advertising photographer for over 20 years with a client list that includes many national brands.
