Scott and his crew have cleaned my carpets, couches and chairs many times. They arrive on-time every time and are quick and courteous. Scott is always willing to go that extra mile to make sure that things are cleaned to my wife's standards. And, with multiple cats in our house, that can be a challenge.

Hired on Thumbtack

Scott arrived at my house and was friendly, alert and ready to work. Unfortunately, after the carpets had dried there were still dirt spots and several areas of the floor that had been missed.

We are new to Thumbtack and were expecting to go back as agreed, but the customer didn't call us back for the next treatment if needed. We respect his service for our country and thanked him for it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, $25 per room area up to 12 x 14" and hall is free with 4 rooms or more value $15. We also offer the revolutionary super tornado fans for free. And we move most furniture at no charge no problem.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask some questions about their carpets history to offer them the most logical avenue to go for their cleaning service. Our prices and quality are second to none. We never had to use our insurance ever because we know our stuff.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read, ask questions and do research on problems that may arise.
