- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask for exact details regarding contractual obligations on both the part of the caterer and the host. For instance length of serving time, leftover policy, and extra guests over your previously agreed guest count. Also ask for references. Anyone is going to tell you how good they are! They want the business and there is nothing wrong with that as long as they deliver! Through references you can hear from others who have already experienced that great service.
