Fairly Enchanted Events

Hi Albert! Again, we are all heartbroken your event didn't come to fruition as you had hoped. We were so excited for the celebration that we made a custom costume & worked with your budget! Our team is really confused by this factually inaccurate review. Here's a copy of your original response: "Thank you for the response. I appreciate it. I’m sorry to hear she was in a car accident and we hope she is okay. We completely understand things happen. We were so excited to meet her and have her at the party. We hope at our next one. Unfortunately, we had to be out of the place at a specific time and couldn’t have the back up person come at that time for that reason. Otherwise we would’ve loved to have her come. We appreciate you willing to give back the deposit and your understanding. You do not need to give it back as we understand you prepared for the event and we appreciate it. Have a good day." As stated before, please reach out to CUSTOMER SUPPORT for your refund as Pros do not run payments, and Thumbtack employs a third party to process payment. Despite us coming up with alternative plans and having an artist STILL available for your party, you cancelled. The artist came to your party and you weren't willing to have her.
